Neow started with a simple frustration.
I’m a nail technician based in New Zealand, and for years my clients have trusted me for one thing above all — long-lasting, beautiful results. Durability matters. Quality matters. And so does how it feels to use the product every single day.
But here’s the truth: finding products in New Zealand that were both beautiful and high-performing wasn’t easy.
Most of the formulas I truly trusted had to be sourced from overseas. The local options? They often didn’t last the way I needed them to. The packaging didn’t feel inspiring. And as someone who works hands-on with clients every day, I knew we deserved better — as nail artists and as customers.
So I asked myself:
If I understand the pain points…
If I understand what clients actually care about…
Why not create it myself?
